I never had any issues until last few months and I'm sorry but waiting a month or 2 for a response and finally get one cause I said something on here I don't find that a timely manner. If I would have got just one confirmation email these issues would have never came about especially since I am use to getting a email confirmation on every dog or litter registration that I have ever done with aba in the past few years.

I understand in a world that is dominated by instant feedback that it can be hard to adapt to our style and wait as we cycle through batches to process. We are however limited to doing things the most efficient manner as possible.
Most people do not realize the registration industry is run on incredibly tight operating margins. To expedite our processes, batches, correspondence, etc. would mean to bring on an extra staff member and thus in turn higher registration fees or alternative revenue schemes such as selling pedigree information or worthless DNA kits in order to supplement the needed revenue to pay for the added expense of added employment.
In regards to your confusion about your current litter. We have it currently in pending. We are ready to process it but we can not do so until the PayPal hold has been removed. Once removed let us know and we will get the current litter completed and in the mail ASAP.
It should be noted we are currently in the litter batch process. If the current litter is not addressed while we are in this process it will be delayed until we are then in the process of working on pendings or again in our litter batch process.
Joel in regards to the email confirmation I am not sure why it did not come. Sometimes things on the internet just get lost in cyberspace. Sorry about that part. Wish we could make things better but some things are just beyond our control.
